When to expect your order

We deliver with Australia Post, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and based on date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed. We’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but we can’t guarantee an exact delivery date.

Living in a rural or regional area? Your delivery may take a little longer. Worth the wait.

Track your order

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking information, so you can follow it through the Australia Post tracking website .
