We deliver with Australia Post, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and based on date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed. We’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but we can’t guarantee an exact delivery date.
A little further out? Rural deliveries may take a little longer. Worth the wait!
Changed your mind? It happens.
You have 30 minutes after placing your order to make changes directly from your order confirmation page. You can update your shipping address and add or replace products.
After 30 minutes, your order will begin processing and we’re unable to make changes or cancel it. If you’ve missed the 30-minute window, email us ASAP at hello@kalieda.com.au with your order number and what you’d like to change. We’ll see what we can do.

Full Terms and Conditions:
- Return Period is within 30 days from date of purchase
- Items must be returned unused, in new condition and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase of the item(s) being returned
- We do not offer exchanges for purchases made & returned online
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns
- All voucher codes are non-refundable.
- If an item purchased using a voucher is returned, the voucher value will not be refunded, reissued or replaced
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed for change of mind
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the requirements outlined above.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions
- Where to use it: Gift Cards can be used exclusively online at kalieda.com.au.
- Non-refundable: Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be returned or refunded once purchased
- Valid for 3 years: Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. You'll find the expiry date on your Gift Card.
- Spend it your way: No need to use it all at once. Your Gift Card can be used across multiple purchases until the balance reaches $0.
- No cash exchanges: Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
- One gift at a time: Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
- Need a little extra? If your order total exceeds your Gift Card balance, you can pay the difference using another available payment method.
- No top-ups: Once purchased, Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or topped up.
- Keep it safe: Treat your Gift Card like cash. Kalieda is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorised use of Gift Cards.
- No hidden extras: No additional fees apply to your Gift Card after purchase.
