Win a Year's Supply of Kalieda

Promoter

1.       The promoter is Kalieda Pty Ltd (ACN 702 404 671) of [Tenancy 25, Level 3, 23–27 Bourke Road & 41–53 Bowden Street, Alexandria NSW 2015, Australia] ("Kalieda", "we", "us").

Promotion period

2.       The promotion opens at [10:00am] AEDT on Monday 2 November 2026 and closes at [6:00pm] AEDT on Sunday 15 November 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

Who can enter

3.       Entry is open to Australian residents aged [13] or over who visit the Kalieda pop-up at Broadway Sydney Shopping Centre, 1 Bay St, Glebe NSW 2037 during the Promotion Period. Entrants under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian to enter. If the winner is under 18, their parent or guardian must confirm that permission, accept the Prize on the winner's behalf and provide the delivery address before the Prize is awarded. If permission cannot be confirmed within the claim period in clause 15, a redraw will be held.

4.       Employees of the promoter and its related companies, agencies and suppliers involved in this promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

How to enter

5.       To enter, visit the Kalieda pop-up during its opening hours and submit your full name and email address using the online entry form accessed via the QR code at the pop-up.

6.       Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.

7.       One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be disqualified, and only the first valid entry will count.

8.       Entries that are incomplete, false or made by automated means are invalid. We may verify any entrant's identity, age and eligibility, and may disqualify anyone who breaches these terms or tampers with the promotion.

The prize

9.       There is one prize: a year's supply of Kalieda products, made up of 150 products in assorted fragrances as listed in the Prize value table above, with a total value of $3,334.56 (RRP, incl. GST) ("Prize").

10.   Fragrances and variants are assorted and chosen by the promoter, subject to availability. If any product becomes unavailable, we will substitute a product of equal or greater value.

11.   The Prize will be delivered in one shipment to an Australian address nominated by the winner, within [28] days of the Prize being claimed.

12.   The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prize value is the recommended retail price as at November 2026 and we accept no responsibility for any change in value.

Draw and winner notification

13.   The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on Wednesday 18 November 2026 at 5:00pm AEDT in Sydney, NSW.

14.   The winner will be notified by email no later than Sunday 29 November 2026. The winner's name will not be published.

15.   The winner must claim the Prize by replying to the notification email by 11:59pm AEDT on Thursday 3 December 2026. If the Prize is not claimed by then, or the winner is ineligible, a redraw will be held on Friday 4 December 2026 at 5:00pm AEDT in Sydney, NSW, and the new winner will be notified by email within [2] business days.

Privacy

16.   We collect your name and email address to run this promotion, including contacting the winner. Your information will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy at https://www.kalieda.com.au/pages/privacy-policy.

17.   Entering does not sign you up for marketing emails. You'll only receive Kalieda emails if you separately opt in on the entry form. Entrants under 18 need a parent or guardian's permission to opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

General

18.   We may cancel, suspend or change this promotion if something beyond our reasonable control affects it, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulator.

19.   To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from this promotion or the Prize, except for anything that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

20.   Our decision on any matter relating to this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

21.   This promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales.
